Design Leadership for Enterprise Organizations

I help enterprise organizations become simpler for customers.

For more than 15 years, I've helped organizations align strategy, teams, and decisions to create better customer experiences. Most recently, I led experience strategy for Visa's global onboarding ecosystem, bringing together executives, product teams, and designers around a single onboarding experience.

How I Lead

I don't solve symptoms. I change the conditions that create them.

I align strategy, people and execution so organizations make better decisions and customers experience simpler journeys.

My role isn't delivering better products. It's creating the conditions for better decisions.

Philosophy
Most teams are heads down in their own piece of the puzzle. My role is creating the space for everyone to move up to 50,000 feet, to see from a higher perspective where the whole customer journey, not just their part of it, comes into view.

Customer experience is the visible result of organizational alignment. I've watched brilliant teams create exceptional work that never reached customers because no one connected the pieces. Helping organizations close that gap has become the focus of my career.

Working With Me

What teams can expect from me.

01

Challenge assumptions.

Better questions lead to better decisions.

02

Create clarity.

People do their best work when they understand the direction.

03

Grow people.

I develop designers into confident strategic partners.

04

Build trust.

The strongest teams are built on ownership, psychological safety and shared purpose.

05

Think in systems.

Great experiences emerge when organizations stop optimizing parts and start connecting the whole.

Where Design Leadership Is Headed

The next generation of design leadership isn't about better interfaces. It's about better decisions.

AI is changing how design teams work, but the bigger shift is organizational. Tomorrow's design leaders will shape how organizations align, make decisions and adapt, not just how products look. That's the future I'm building toward.

My ambition is to help organizations treat experience as a strategic capability, not a design function.
